Stock Availability
Due to circumstances outside of Molliemoo's control, items shown on the website may differ due to stock availability. Should a gift item become unavailable, Molliemoo will always ensure that a replacement gift is provided of the same high standard.
Delivery
Details on Molliemoo's delivery service can be found in the 'Packaging and Delivery' section.
Please note that should you require your gift(s) to be sent to a third party address i.e. hospital, office or other location. Molliemoo cannot be held responsible for any gifts signed for but undelivered.
Should any information provided on the website be incorrect i.e. recipients/third parties address information and the gift or gift box is lost, Molliemoo cannot provide a refund.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order with Molliemoo please call us immediately as we aim to send out goods ordered before 2 pm the same day. We cannot refund any monies if the goods have been despatched.
Returns
We hope that you are happy with your gift. However, please contact us immediately on receipt of your purchase should you have any questions/queries.
Molliemoo will offer a full refund to customers as long as they follow this process:
- advise Molliemoo within 7 working days (after the day of delivery) that the goods are going to be returned (refunds cannot be provided after 7 days)
- the customer (not the recipient) to
obtain a reference number from Molliemoo to enable the quick process of refund

the customer to
return the gift box* (including all gift items unused) or gift in its original packaging and at their own expense**
* Molliemoo cannot refund or replace individual gift items - only the whole box
** Molliemoo cannot be held responsible for undelivered returned goods. We would highly recommend that you send via recorded delivery.
